Proof of accounting operations limitations on the accounting software.
• Matching cash with the cashier with the bookseller on a daily basis.
• At the end of each month, the balances between the accounts of the banks with the records shall be reviewed and reconciled with the accounts of these banks and the necessary adjustments shall be made in accordance with what is provided by the account manager.
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts sent to each of the customers, suppliers and associates to confirm the correctness and validity of the balances of these accounts and to make the required adjustments to the differences, if any.
• Following up the collection of the company’s receivables with the customers and extracting a statement of the accrued and suspended balances of the customer’s accounts to the Director of Accounts for review and presentation to the financial manager.
